In 2020, our company reached a partnership with J · CREATE CO., LTD in Japan. Our company is responsible for designing the results and production of the data center ventilation system for it. The project lasts for 14 months and has a scale of approximately 34 million RMB.
Through the continuous efforts of our engineering department, we have confirmed the final production plan with the customer, using a modular production and installation design concept: the data ventilation pipeline is connected by stainless steel screws and sealing strips, which is convenient for transportation, assembly, and leak prevention.
We have adopted a material imported from Japan - magnesium aluminum zinc plated sheet. Compared with traditional galvanized sheet, this material has better rust prevention, anti-corrosion, waterproof, and sun protection effects. At the same time, its zinc plating amount is up to 275G/m2, and it also has the effect of automatic repair. Even after cutting and stamping, it will not rust on the section. Through a series of sheet metal processing processes, high-density sound-absorbing, fireproof, and heat-insulating glass wool is filled as a sandwich, greatly improving the insulation, waterproofing, and rust prevention effects of the entire product.
After completing the previous steps, the next step is riveting and lifting. The screws and their accessories are all made of 304 stainless steel, and all installation angles and brackets are made of magnesium aluminum zinc plate or hot-dip zinc surface treatment to prevent oxidation or rusting of the product in future use.
In this collaboration, we have saved our customers 42% in transportation costs and 37% in labor costs. The product was transported to the Tokyo port in Japan through containers, and after installation and debugging, the project was successfully accepted. The customer is very satisfied with this cooperation and is willing to continue expanding it. The smooth progress of this cooperation has greatly enhanced our confidence in cooperating with international engineering projects.
